I'm privileged to have witnessed the last 2 T20i between England and the West Indies, one match, absolutely high scoring, big hitting, Phil Salt displaying his talent like a seasoned (pun intended) veteran. The next match a nail biter for me, a fan of the West Indies because we're known to grab defeat from the jaws of victory but thank God for Shai Hope, probably the current best West Indian batsman across all formats, would love to see him back in the Test side
Also incredible for my experience being able to see Moeen Ali perform, I am a huge fan, I shouted out to him and he waved across to me unfortunately no picture, handshake or autograph. Lovely gestures from Buttler and Moeen who threw their caps to the crowd for a lucky fan. Also was grateful to see Darren Sammy, Forde, Pooran, Rutherford and Motie come across to the home fans, yet disappointed that the entire team didn't give us a victory lap.
All in all, a great way to end off the year. Had some great laughs with the English fans as well, really friendly and warm and if any of you read this, hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in the Caribbean. Hope I can be back in the crowd for next year's world cup.
